Once your order is placed, our customer support team will personally contact you to confirm product availability, order details, and delivery address before processing. This helps avoid any confusion and ensures a smooth delivery experience.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan! All orders are shipped after a confirmation call from our customer support team, where they confirm shipping address and order details.

Before handing over any order to our courier partner, every product is carefully inspected and recorded on video to ensure it is in perfect working condition. This allows us to confirm that products leave our facility undamaged and fully functional.

💰 Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 350

(Any special or urgent delivery requests will be discussed and confirmed with the customer beforehand.)

💳 Advance Payment Policy

To confirm and process every order, a minimum advance payment of Rs. 500 is required at the time of order confirmation. This amount is not an extra charge — it will be deducted from your total order amount, and the remaining balance can be paid via Cash on Delivery upon receiving your order.

Our customer support team will share the relevant account details on WhatsApp/Call once your order is confirmed.

This advance payment helps us:

  • Confirm genuine orders and reduce fake or unconfirmed bookings
  • Reserve your selected items and prepare them for dispatch promptly
  • Provide a smoother and faster delivery experience for our customers

Orders will only be dispatched once the advance payment has been received and confirmed by our customer support team.

⚠️ Cancellation & Refund of Advance Payment

The Rs. 500 advance payment serves as order confirmation and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer after payment has been made. By paying the advance, the customer confirms their intent to purchase, and Ohtoys begins preparing the order for dispatch based on this confirmation.

However, the advance payment will be fully refunded if:

  • Ohtoys is unable to fulfill the order due to the product being out of stock

In this case, customers will be notified promptly and the full Rs. 500 will be refunded.

We encourage customers to confirm all order details (product, size/variant, address, and contact number) carefully with our support team before making the advance payment, to avoid any inconvenience.

📹 Quality Check & Damaged Product Policy

Since every product is video-recorded and inspected before dispatch, items leave our facility in proper working condition. However, in the rare case that a product is found to be damaged during transit, customers can request an exchange, supported by our pre-dispatch inspection video as proof of the product's original condition.

To process any damage-related exchange request, customers are required to record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel, clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the product inside. This video must be provided as proof when reporting a damaged item. Exchange requests without an unboxing video may not be processed, as we have no way to verify the condition of the product upon delivery.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Karachi: 1–2 working days
  • Within Sindh: 2–3 working days
  • Outside Sindh: 4–6 working days

Please note that these timelines are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier operational delays, strikes, or public holidays.

Same-Day Delivery (Karachi Only)

  • Same-day delivery is available upon request, on advance payment within Karachi via bike rider services such as Bykea or Yango.
  • Same-day deliveries are customer-paid and booked after order confirmation.
