Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery on all orders. A minimum advance payment of Rs. 500 is required to confirm your order, and this amount is deducted from your total bill — the remaining balance is paid in cash upon delivery.
Why do I need to pay Rs. 500 in advance?
This advance payment confirms your order is genuine and allows us to reserve your items and prepare them for dispatch promptly. It is not an extra charge — it gets deducted from your total order amount.
Is the advance payment refundable?
It's refundable only if Ohtoys is unable to fulfill your order due to a product being out of stock. If you cancel the order yourself after paying, the advance is non-refundable.
How can I pay the advance payment?
We accept advance payments via EasyPaisa or NayaPay. Our customer support team will share the account details on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
- Karachi: 1–2 working days
- Within Sindh: 2–3 working days
- Outside Sindh: 4–6 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 350 nationwide.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for Karachi only, via bike rider services like Bykea or Yango. This is customer-paid and arranged after order confirmation.
What if my toy arrives damaged?
We inspect and video-record every product before dispatch, so this is rare. If it happens, simply record an unboxing video upon receiving your parcel and contact us — we'll arrange an exchange.
Are Ohtoys products safe for children?
Yes, all our toys are selected with safety in mind — non-toxic, durable, and age-appropriate. Always check the recommended age range listed on each product page before purchasing.
