Every product at Ohtoys is carefully inspected and video-recorded before dispatch to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect, working condition.
Damaged Items
In the rare case that a product arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly exchange it for you. To process any exchange request, you must record an unboxing video at the time of receiving your parcel, clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the product inside. This video is required as proof — exchange requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Out of Stock Items
If Ohtoys is unable to fulfill your order because a product is out of stock, you will be notified promptly and your advance payment of Rs. 500 will be fully refunded.
Order Cancellations
The Rs. 500 advance payment serves as order confirmation. If you choose to cancel your order after paying the advance, this amount is non-refundable, as it confirms your commitment to the purchase and we begin preparing your order for dispatch based on it.
